Comfortable and affordable prices Homestay at Tangkak

Recently, I had the opportunity to come to Tangkak, Johor for work. During that period, I chose to stay at one of the homestays at Tangkak.

 

This is the homestay where we stay.

This is my first time staying in Tangkak, Johor.

I still remember when I was a kid, I come to Tangkak with my mom’s and her friend for a trip organized by Community Club but we weren’t stayed in here.

 

But now i got a chance to come all the way from KL to Tangkak and stayed here.

When traveling with family or with a group of people, I would say homestay is good choice. You will have plenty of space and it is also very economic.

 

This homestay have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

First bathroom is inside the master bedroom. When travel in a group, usually guest who pay more will get this bedroom. The others can take second and third bedroom.

In master bedroom, you may expect this item.

You can see dinning table right after you open the door

 

There are a few amenities and equipment you can use to cook a meal, just to name a few, there are

1. Stove
2. Water heater
3. Toaster
4. Refrigerator
5. cooking basics

 

But you need to buy the cooking ingredient on your own. Fret not, this homestay is very near to town of Tangkak. It’s not that hard to get your supply there.

 

Every room in this homestay has been mark with kiblat direction.

Just follow the direction that has been given. It is safe to say that this homestay is really Muslim Friendly. If you are looking for Muslim Homestay in Tangkak, this is one place that I recommend you to choose.

 

Another thing to note about this homestay is that it has a very spacious living room.

You can also sleep in this place if the bedroom is not enough.

 

In addition to being used as a place to sleep, I think that if anyone wants to hold a function like kenduri doa selamat, or tahlil, but can not find a suitable place, it can also be held at this homestay.

 

I suggest you discuss with the owner if you wish to organize any event here.

 

In terms of safety, I’m actually more confident about staying in homestay than budget hotels. One of the reasons is in terms of parking space.

If you are looking for a budget hotel, there are a few hotels you can book around Tangkak Town. However, the thing I am not comfortable about this budget hotel is, most of them do not provide private parking for their guest.

 

The safety of my vehicle is my concern.

 

I’m not saying that the situation in Tangkak is not safe. Please don’t get the wrong idea. It is just me.

Personally, I am more confident about parking at a special place like in the picture above than just parking at the roadside.

 

Since this is my first time stayed in Tangkak, of course I want to have a peace in my mind. Knowing that my car is safe when I woke up in the morning the next day.

 

How much does it cost to stay in this homestay?

 

The good news is that this Tangkak’s Homestay is so affordable. The rate is around RM180 for weekdays and RM200 for weekends.

First and foremost, please go to this website and claim your Travel Credit from Airbnb. The page should look like this.

Click sign up to claim your credit.

 

Then the next step after you have successfully claim the credit, you can proceed with the booking. The travel credit will be applied automatically when you do the reservation via Airbnb website or apps.
